Take a dive deep into the juicy world of The Kaiut Yoga Method in this fabulous weekend-long immersion. Over the course of one weekend, we will share over 9 hours of Kaiut practice focusing on joints and fascial tissue. Over the course of 6 difference sessions, with time dedicated to teaching you how to get the most out of this method, will have you unwinding chronic adhesions and will help strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body.

Adrienne will deliver insights of Anatomy and Physiology in ways that anyone can understand, to help you understand your body better. With an intimate group and extended time together, she can deliver personalized instruction offering guidance specifically for your body, taking into account its history and present needs. Your registration includes an optional 15 minute pre-weekend phone call with Adrienne to discuss your health history and your goals so she can tailor the weekend to exactly who is in the room.

This weekend is perfect for those outdoor enthusiasts, wanting to take their hiking, climbing, canyoneering, paddling, slack-lining, or biking to the next level of robust performance, precision, and capability. This will also serve those who have had multiple injuries, surgeries, joint replacements, and health conditions or are just at the beginning stages of integrating movement into their lifestyle. It may seem counterintuitive that a weekend program can serve such diverse populations, but that is one of the magical qualities of this method. By engaging with the nervous system as primary focus instead of the muscles - anyone of any capability or history can participate and receive exactly what they need. The main distinction comes from Adrienne herself - as she leads you through the classes she will offer instruction that will support and enhance YOUR particular situation. No one will be left behind or not get enough out of this.

All props, mats, and accessories will be provided, all you need to bring is water and a small hand towel. Wear any type of comfortable clothing you can move in.
