A Few Details for Bodywork:

In addition to your table time, please plan to spend an additional 45 minutes in my office for conversation, spacious time getting on and off the table, and post-bodywork debrief. Please let me know if you have someplace you need to be so I can help hold the time well for you.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let me know by 9am that day.
My office is located at 50 E. Center Street #3, inside the Healing Arts Center behind Berkshire Hathaway. My door will be open, just come right in :)
Parking is plentiful and free right outside on the street, and if you ride your bike there is a rack on the side of the building.

A Few Details for Kaiut Yoga:

If you are a first-time student, please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so I can get you acquainted to the room and the method well. You’ll need to sign a liability waiver also.
All 1st time students receive their 2nd class free
The studio is located at 1105 S US-191 #3 (inside Sundari Yoga & Wellness).
Parking is plentiful and free right outside on the studio doors.
Payment methods: cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo.
Class always ends right on time, but I encourage students to take all the time they like in relaxation before they transition to the rest of their day - please know that is available every class.
